Q. Do you charge a 'call out' fee or charge for quotes?

A. No we don't charge a call out fee and offer free no obligation quotations. We usually won't give you an 'hourly' rate. We like to give our customers 'peace of mind' by setting a fixed price with a written quotation. This way there are no hidden surprises or additional charges at the end of the work.

Q. What sort of property maintenance do you provide?

A. We are a handyman service and cleaning service. Most of our services are listed on our website under the 'Services' tab however if it is not listed or you are unsure please give us a call. We specialize in property 'tidy ups' in preparation for new tenants or properties going onto the market. We can give your property a complete clean up from garden, to repairs, to full internal clean and rubbish removal.

Q. Do you provide services to commercial properties or only residential?

A. Yes, we provide regular ongoing maintenance to many commercial properties. Some of these tasks include assembling and moving of office furniture, light changing, wall and ceiling repairs, hanging of clocks pictures, caulking, latches and locks etc

Q. Are you registered and fully insured?

A. Yes, we are registered as Wyndham Gardening & Home Maintenance- ABN 37455690164 and we have public liability insurance with Allianz Insurance. A Certificate of Currency can be presented on request.
